Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Your mission will be…

• Receive and process customer requests(emails and Calls) for service or delivery, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details, such as addresses, contact information, and special instructions.

• Assign and dispatch resources.

• Communicate instructions to dispatched resources.

• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

• Generate reports and improve dispatching processes.

• Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, such as safety guidelines, traffic regulations, and service level agreements.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and workflows, proposing innovative solutions or system enhancements.

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations.

We are looking for someone with…

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or Relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash is a plus.

• Fluency in French & Dutch (speaking and writing).

• Proven experience in a dispatching or similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations or emergency scenarios.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
