As Communication and Marketing Professional you ensure that the provided IT solutions and programs are well known and easily understood.

This role is a strategic and supportive partner for the AI data analytics teams at every step of their journey through customer interaction and use expansion.

Your focus is on a clear and supportive marketing and communication strategy and its implementation. You constantly thrive to improve and to provide constant communication offers that balance customer needs with a standardized approach.

Organizing great events and summits will be your highlights!

Your problem-solving mindset creates real business value. This is your role.

• You are part of an international data analytics team with diverse backgrounds that accelerates Siemens internal digitalization.

• You shape and actively drive marketing and communication strategies and their implementation

• Successful growth and adoption of the provided IT solutions is your main value driver

• Your manage a virtual team of communication experts

• You organize events to advertise great IT solutions and customer success stories

• You put the content and delivery mechanisms in place and enable employees to apply what they’ve learned.

• Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.

We are looking for someone with…

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs or similar

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills

• Experience with marketing campaigns and communication strategies as well as how to translate from tech language to common language

• Strong planning and execution mindset

• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done

• Strong client empathy and a good understanding of value drivers

• Understanding cloud-native technologies and platforms as well as data analytics and AI-related software development is a plus

• You are a real team player

• Very good command of English

• German is a plus

• Fluency in other languages is a plus
