Your mission will be…

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand business needs and requirements related to sales processes and performance, and provide support based on data analysis.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including sales managers and executives, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Provide recommendations and insights to improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer targeting, based on data-driven analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and product owners, to implement sales-focused data solutions.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and user interviews to gather business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

• Act as a subject matter expert in sales analytics and provide guidance and support to the sales team.

We are looking for someone with…

• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and dynamics.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

• Experience in working with sales data and CRM systems.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
