We are looking for Tax Manager. This position will be based in Alpharetta, Georgia or Iselin, NJ. Siemens works in a Hybrid approach. You will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review proforma federal returns using Corptax.

  • Prepare international tax returns, such as Form 5471, Form 8858 in Corptax.

  • Support the business from a tax perspective with acquisitions/divestitures. Determine tax implications of M&A transactions including tax planning aspects of restructuring of CFC’s.

  • Preparation and review of monthly and annual income tax provisions, including tax impacts of acquisitions/divestitures, and Provision to Return analysis using Corptax Provision.

  • Prepare and review consolidated/combined state corporate income tax returns, using Corptax, in-house or by third party preparer, including state extensions and quarterly payment calculations.

  • Prepare and review federal consolidated return adjustments, such as intercompany eliminations, tax attributes and other complex tax computations

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Accounting required. Master’s degree in Tax or Accounting a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in preparing/reviewing consolidated federal and state corporate income tax returns and partnership tax returns.

  • Extensive technical and practical knowledge of corporate income tax, accounting for income taxes and M&A transactions.

  • 4 plus years in Public Accounting

  • Experience with Corptax Software,

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or MST

  • Experience in SAP, analytical tools like Alteryx, and dashboard tools like Tableau highly preferred.

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills include handling competing priorities and meeting all commitments.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent digital literacy with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat required

  • CPA or MST

  • The pay range for this position is $78,900 - $148,680 along with a 10% incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
