Your future role:
We are about to launch our brand-new E-Business Platform at Innomotics.
You will be part of the team that oversees E-Business operations from day one and will act as a central contact point for Customers, Partners, and the internal Sales Organization.
You will use your knowledge to help identify and resolve incidents and errors that occur in daily operations as well as to constantly improve the digital customer experience.
You create service tickets and monitor their execution together with the respective IT-teams.
You are in charge of the migration and maintenance of Sales and Customer Master Data as well as E-Business content.
In your new role you will be responsible for the onboarding of new E-Business customers and the administration via the respective user management systems.
Your qualifications:
You can demonstrate relevant professional experience around B2B E-Business, E-Commerce and Online Sales.
Ideally, you have knowledge in administration and maintenance of an E-Business platform.
Experience in SAP E-Commerce/ EDI/ Mail2EDI is a plus.
Your customer-oriented thinking allows you to influence improvements and design of your area of responsibility.
Through your own initiative, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, you will advance your tasks and shape the future of your area of responsibility.
You have good communication skills, the ability to work in a global team and intercultural competence in working with internal and external partners at all levels.
Language: English professional level (written & verbal), German is a plus
